• Exchange and Return Policy

The issues of elimination of the gaps/defects detected on the product subject to the warranty terms (see “Warranty Terms”) shall be regulated under the respective warranty service.

In all other cases, the exchange term of an acquired product constitutes 15 calendar days, and the return term constitutes 3 business days providing the terms as follows below:

The item shall not be used and shall be returned in an initial condition as upon the purchase, providing the initial packaging and commodity visual appearance (necessity of an initial packaging shall not be applied to the stand products purchased by the user without an initial packaging);

For the exchange/return of the product, the user shall submit the document certifying the purchase and his/her ID;

In case of a return of the product, the user shall be indemnified by a respective amount, and in case of an exchange of the product, it shall be exchanged with the item of an identic price or the item of higher price by adding respective amount;

Providing the hereby terms, the product subject to the exchange/return shall be transported by a buyer at his/her own expenses.

The products as follows shall not be subject to exchange/return:

Products purchased with a discount offer;

Product, which was imported specially by an individual order of a user;

Electricity cables, LED belts, aluminum profiles, furniture polishing means;

Chandelier and lamps with crystal and glass details;

Paneled carcass furniture (cupboard type furniture, beds and office desks).
